>>Installation Instructions<<

  1. Verify proper support is below roof line and position AI Stand on the roof.
  2. Loosen 4-3/8” Bolts with 9/16 Wrench
  3. Place level on the stand and adjust the base to level position.
  4. Tighten 4-3/8” Bolts to approx 35 pound torque.
  5. Attach 4 #10 x ¾” self drill screws to each leg support to lock frame in place.
  6. Saw off excess leg supports prior to setting the unit to reinforce a clean installation. In addition, it will provide service panel access.


NOTES: The self tapping screws are vital to keep the stand from slipping. DO NOT rely on the ability of the 4-3/8” bolts to do the job.
(To keep the costs on the AI Stand competitive they are not painted. We do supply you one free can of gray primer paint with purchase.)

> Instrucciones de instalación> <<

  1. Verificar el apoyo adecuado que está por debajo de la línea del techo y la posición del soporte en el techo.
  2. Afloje pernos 4-3/8 " con llave 9/16
  3. Coloque el nivel en el soporte y ajuste la base a la posición de nivel.
  4. Apretar los pernos de 4-3/8" aproximadamente 35 libras de par.
  5. Coloque los tornillos de 4 # 10 x ¾ " perforando cada pata de apoyo para fijar el marco en su lugar.
  6. Corte el exceso de las patas de soporte antes de configurar la unidad para reforzar una instalación limpia. Además, proporcionará acceso a los servicios del panel.


NOTAS: Los tornillos autorroscantes son vitales para evitar que el soporte se deslice. NO CONFIE en la capacidad de los pernos 4-3/8" para hacer el trabajo sin las perforaciones adecuadas.
